DAYS
Day 01 : Airport & Negombo
Arrive in Sri Lanka, to be met Relax Holidays at the airport and transfer by air-conditioned Vehicle to a Hotel in Negombo. Overnight stay in Negombo.
Day 02 : Elephant Orphanage,National Park,Elephant Ride,Dambulla cave Temple
Breakfast at the hotel and leave for Sigiriya. On the way visit Elephant Orphanage is an institution that has been looking after orphaned or injured elephants that would otherwise have surely died. Then you can watch the elephant's bath in the river after the youngest babies are milk fed. And visit Dambulla cave temple. Then travel to Habarana and you will have a jeep safari through the Kaudulla National Park, looking for elephants, deer, peacocks, boars, and many kinds of birds. Overnight stay at Sigiriya
Day 03 : Sigiriya Rock & Polonnaruwa culture site
Breakfast at the hotel and leave for climbing to Sigiriya rock fortress.

One of Sri Lanka's most fascinating UNESCO world heritage sites. No matter how often you climb to the summit of this one-time hilltop fortress of the maverick Sinhalese king, Kassapa, the pleasure barely diminishes because of the abandon spectacular views at the summit.

After Lunch travel to visit the Polonnaruwa culture site Polonnaruwa was the capital of Sri Lanka from the 11th to the 13th century AD. This ancient city is today one of the most beautiful centres of this island's cultural heritage. In its prime, the city, inside it's 3½ miles strong encircling , housed hundreds of thousands of people. Dinner & Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day 04 : Temple of the Tooth, Cultural Dance
After breakfast travel to Kandy . En-route visit Nalanda gadige Temple.

This Temple Estimates of its date of construction vary from the 8th to 10th centuries AD. This was a period of great turmoil on the island, with South Indian kings establishing themselves in the wake of the decline of the Sinhalese monarchy. It is possible that Nalanda Gedige was a bold attempt at a fusion of Tamil and Sinhalese cultures.

En-route visit a spice garden. In Matale , visit the Hindu Temple & Temple of the Tooth. Last seat of the Sinhala Kings, is a very popular destination for visitors from home and abroad... Visit Gem Museum, Gem Mine, Wood carving factory, and View a cultural dance in evening. Overnight at Kandy.

Day 05 : Royal Botanic Gardens , Tea factory & Ramboda waterfall
After breakfast leave for visit the Peradeniya Botanicle garden.The Royal Botanic Gardens Peradeniya is well known for its large variety of plant life. The great lawns highlight huge tropical trees and a variety of bamboo can be found in one place. The Royal Botanic Gardens was established in 1821.

Then leave for Nuwara Eliya. En-route visit a Tea factory, Tea Plantation and Ramboda waterfall. Sri Lanka being famous for its “Ceylon Tea” has added cheer to many the world over for more than a century. Arrive in Nuwara Eliya to be greeted by the fresh wintry atmosphere, the cottage type bungalows and the colonial air. ( Nuwara Eliya is also known as “Little England”)

Nuwara Eliya Ramayana Sites

Anjaneyar temple :
Visit Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple, Ramboda. The Ramboda area is believed to be an area where Rama's forces were gathered against Ravana. RamPadai means Rama's Force. The hills of Ramboda is also believed where Hanuman was searching for Sitadevi. The Chinmaya mission of Sri Lanka has built an Anjaneyar temple with Hanuman as the presiding deity. This temple is called Sri Baktha Hanuman temple and the image of lord Hanuman here is 16 Feet tall.

Mani kattuther
Visit Mani Kattuther- This is a rock in the Labukalle estate. Lord Hanuman met Sitadevi and on his way to announce this happy information to Lord Rama, rested on this hill top. The hill where Lord Hanuman is believed to have rested after meeting Sitadevi is known as Mani kattuther. Today an open temple with statues of Lord Rama , Sitadevi, Lakshmana and Lord hanuman stands on top of it . Locals visit the temple often.

Sita Amman Temple
The Sita Amman Temple can be seen en route to the Hakgala Botanical Gardens. The prominent temple architecture will not fail to attract your attention. According to legend this site is associated with Sita. Ancient statues of Rama and Sita can be seen on one side of the temple. The temple today is a modern building with its paintings, statues and pillars decorated with sculptures; all depicting the tale of Rama and Sita. The rear of the temple overlooks a stream, while from its front can be seen the Hakgala peaks.
Day 06 : Whitewater rafting
Kithulgal Whitewater rafting is at once a challenging recreational activity and an exhilarating water sport. Yet contrary to the general public perception, Whitewater rafting is not a sport that demands great physical strength. Dexterity with an ore in the hands, an average level of physical fitness and an unruffled temperament would do. Whitewater Rafting, generally enjoyed in the white-waters as well as in other turbulent waters, brings about enthralling experience to the water sport enthusiasts.
Day 07 : Kalaniya Temple
After King Ravana’s death, Vibeeshana was coroneted as King of Lanka by Lakshmana at Kelaniya. There are murals enshrined outside the Buddhist temple depicting the crowning of Vibeeshana. The Kelani River is mentioned in the Valmiki Ramayana and Vibeeshana palace was said to be on the banks of this river. The reason Lakshmana crowned Vibeeshana, was Kelaniya because Rama had to return to India as he had to continue his self-exile of 14 years to honour the commitment to his father, King Dasarath of Ajodhya. Dinner and Overnight at Colombo.
Day 08 : Transfer to the airport on time for the flight

Breakfast at the hotel and travel to Colombo. Check in the hotel and you will have a Colombo city tour.Colombo- the capital of Sri Lanka is the largest city and main port of Sri Lanka. It is also the commercial and financial center of Sri Lanka. A bustling metropolis, the city is an attractive blend of old and new. It has the lazy charm of the bygone era combined with the verve and vivaciousness of a modern city. you will have a shopping in Colombo. Transfer to the airport on time for the flight.
